Main reasons label cracking occurs 1.1 Bottle deformation during use Soft squeeze bottles are designed to deform repeatedly during usage. This constant stretching and compression puts mechanical stress on the label surface, causing cracking over time. 1.2 Inflexible label materials Paper-based labels or rigid film materials cannot adapt to continuous bottle movement.
